Hickory Creek is proud to offer a wide range of services.  Not only do we offer Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation we also offer a few specialized services that are unique for our area.  The Renaissance Unit is a secured unit designated for those individuals that have dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.  A special activity program that focuses on the needs of these individuals coupled with a great staff that not only acts as caregivers but activity aides allows ultimate support for those with memory impairments.  We also have a specialized unit for those who are in need of respiratory therapy.  Ventilator patients are located on a separate wing and they have their own nurses and respiratory therapist who are specially trained.  This allows more focused care on individual needs.  Brookside is our Rehabilitation unit and is located next to our gym.  We have lots of equipment that will get you back on your feet as well as a fantastic in house therapy team.  As you can see Hickory Creek is not just a long term care facililty but much more.  Our goal is to get you back to the things you love as quickly as possible.  At Hickory Creek we are making a difference one resident at a time.
