Hickory Creek of Athens, a newly remodeled skilled nursing and rehab care center in The Plains, OH is seeking a dynamic and strong, Full Time HR/Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for all Human Resources & payroll related duties for the facility, to include but is not limited to recruiting, hiring, retention, training, payroll and many other items to help ensure the success of the facility.
The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years’ of previous experience in HR management as well as payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail throughout their work. Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
