February Employee of the Month

For nearly 35 years, Connie Frost has been a pillar of dedication, compassion, and hard work at Hickory Creek. This February, we are proud to honor her as our Employee of the Month, a recognition that comes from an overwhelming number of nominations by her fellow team members.



Connie’s journey as an STNA is marked by her deep love for caring for residents, learning their unique personalities, and building strong relationships with their families. She finds joy in the connections she forms and values the teamwork that makes Hickory Creek feel like home. Her advice to anyone looking to enter the field? Always have patience and be kind to everyone.

Outside of work, Connie cherishes her time with her grandkids, creating lasting memories during their special “Grandma Days.” When she’s not busy being an incredible caregiver, you might find her indulging in her favorite comfort foods—pizza and snack cakes.
