Athens Middle School Brings Thanks to Nursing Home Veterans

Hickory Creek would like to thank Athens Middle School for participating in the Veterans Day Thank You card shower. The cards are just amazing and we can't wait to give them to our veterans. Thanks again for helping make this Veterans Day special for our veterans.

Our residents enjoy getting out and being in our Westlake community. At Hickory Creek of Athens, we are so fortunate to have such incredible caregivers that support our residents and families. We believe our "Culture of Care" extends beyond the walls of our nursing home and always have a great time with our Athens neighbors.
